Shipping policy

We aim to ship as soon as possible after placing an order.  Our working days for shipping  are Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm. 

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48  (£3.99) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£6.99)
We may display Free Shipping Offers - If/when Free Shipping offers are available, we reserve the right to remove them at any time

Please allow time for the processing and packaging of your order. Please also allow reasonable time for the shipper (Royal Mail) to deliver to you. All items are tracked to the point of delivery. You will receive an email when shipped that has the tracking details for you to follow at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

If you are not in to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail may take a photo and leave in a safe place (we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing from your safe place) or they may leave a card to notify you that they will try again. This can all be seen from your royal mail tracking details at  https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item where you can rearrange delivery if needed.

If your parcel is deemed as non-deliverable by Royal Mail for any reason, it will be returned to us at AdoraBaby. When it is received back by us we will issue a refund of the item to you. Your original shipping costs are NON-Refundable.

If you received Free Shipping on your purchase, and the item or items are returned to us for ANY reason other than pre-agreed by us,  the original costs to us for the shipping of your purchase will be deducted from your refund (this deduction will not exceed our standard shipping fees)
